REVERSE
MENTORING
From 2012-2014 I did a Master of education in Arts at Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Tilburg. Commissioned by MU Artspace in Eindhoven I researched reverse mentoring with Art education for my thesis. This is a dyadic approach to flip the traditional role between teacher and student, mentee and mentor to update older generations and innovate organizations, and connect generations.

After this I became researcher and Program Maker in MU's Fliplab, did many innovative projects, gave a lot of lectures and collaborated with many organizations, schools and students.

DOCUMentary
During Dutch Design Week 2015 the MU Reversed Schoolbus will drive around Eindhoven. On board our specially trained students who will give classes and workshops about design, games and the latest creative technologies. The bus stops at different locations and today, 23 October, it will stand outside of MU at Strijp-S from 13:30. In our bus you're never too old to learn, and our students are never too young to teach.
